CIA report brief of death of S.P.Tamilchelvan - Wikileaks reports

The CIA report says, former personal guard of the LTTE leader Prabahakaran has provided ground level tips towards Lankan army to kill LTTE Political Wing S.P.Tamilchelvan and others leader of the movement, Wikileaks reports.
American Central Intelligence Agency as released secretes report on military mission to kill leading terrorist group members from international community including Sri Lanka.
This report named as “Making High-Value Targeting Operation an Effective Counterinsurgency Tool”, dated in 7.7.2009, it contains 21 pages and released by the CIA office of Transnational Issues.
In Afghanistan (2001- June 2009), Algeria (1954-1962), Columbia (2002- June 2009), Iraq (2004-June 2009),Israel (1972 to mid of 190, mid of 1990-end of June 2009),Peru (1980-1999),North Ireland (1969-1998) and Sri Lanka (1983- May 2009), terrorism defeated in these nations by military personals.
CIA report also contains on military mission at Sesini, Libya, Thailand and Pakistan.
To defeat terrorism in SriLanka since 1983- May 2009 Lankan government targeted to kill LTTE leader V.Prabahakaran and his faithful leaders.
This report describes LTTE as a most intelligence and ethnic national movement.
When the first secret tip was received Lankan government decided to kill LTTE leader and other leaders of the movement with the support of its Air Force started bomming towards bunkers in November 2007 and January 2008.
Furthermore in 2nd November 2007 LTTE political win leader S.P.Tamil Chelvan and several other leaders were killed in the bomming by Lankan army. Personal security officer of the LTTE leader has provided ground level tip off towards Lankan Army, CIA secrete report said.
CIA report also brief of problems raised between Karuna and LTTE movement and the diplomatic play of Lankan government.
