Steps would be taken to ensure democracy: Army Commander

Army commander Let.Gen.Daya Ratnayake announced steps would be taken to establish democracy in this country.

We will cast our fullest cooperation to police personals deployed in the election duty. We will completely ensure security in the Northern Province. During an interview with Sinhala newspaper on upcoming presidential election Army commander went on to say Military personals have entirely dedicated their lives to ensure democracy in this nation and they will continue their services in future.
