Complaints Against 54 Persons who have not implemented the cost of Reduction in the Bus Fare

According to the reports of the National Transport Commission so far 54 complaints were received from the public against the bus drivers and conductors who were not implemented the reduction of bus fare in their services.

The National Transport Commission President J.M. Thilakaratne has said that all the fifty four complaints has been received by the national transport commission and inquiries are already commenced with regard to the non implementation of the reduction of bus fares by the bus conductors and bus drivers. These bus drivers and conductors are summoned to the National Transport Commission head office in order to conduct an investigation upon them. The National Transport Commissioner further pointed out that the public can launch their complaints with regard to the non-implementation of reduction of bus fares by contacting the telephone number 011-2595555.
