Gotabaya sends murder suspect towards USA

Former Defence Secretary Gotabaya Rajapaksa has sent former Naval officer towards United States of America. It was blamed suspect is connection with various abductions and other criminal activities reported in the period on 2005- 2010.

Intelligence Unit officials conduct investigation on this matter at Colombo and suburbs and also Fort magistrate court issued travel ban against Naval officer P.K.Dassanayake. Gotabaya Rajapaksa ordered to send Naval officer P.K.Dassanayake towards USA to follow special course. Intelligence Unit officials conduct investigations against P.K.Dassanayake over abductions and other criminal activities reported at Colombo in the period of 2005- 2010. Police arrested Let.Commander Munnasinghe, who was the personal defence officer to former Naval Commander and the Lankan ambassador Japan Wasantha Karannagoda. During the time of investigations Munasinghe briefed on abductions and crimes committed by the P.K.Dassanayake and also stated Commander Wasantha Karannagoda directly involved in all these criminal activities. However former defence secretary violated his power imposed pressures on immigration and emigration officials ordered to prepare forged documents and took measures to send Dassanayake towards USA to follow special course. Fort magistrate Thilina Gamage ordered the Lankan navy director of law and ordered to provide information to court on producing naval officers towards court.
