Port City revised report to release today

SriLanka government to make an official statement on Chinese Port City development project at Galle Face green, Colombo, sources said.

While considering the environment pollution newly appointed Lankan government decided to suspend this project. Chinese government has already spent large sum of money this regard. However Lankan government will release revised report on port city project today(18). The project approximately reclaimed around 230 hectare and it was decided that the Port City would include roads, water, electricity, communication facilities to set up shopping areas, hotels and apartments.
