Court says no for Vibhushika to live with her mother

Jeyakumari filed petition at the Killinochchie court on urging to grant permission to live together with her daughter Vhibushika. She filed this petition through her lawyers , however court refused to grant permission today.

Vhibhusika is currently residing at the Maha Deva children’s home at Killinochchie. This case taken up for hearing this morning and it was postponed till evening. Attorney –at –law S.Vijeyarani, M.Greshiyan.N.Sundhara Sharma, H.Raigan and S.Dhusyanthi appeared onbehalf of Jeyakumari. During the time of hearing lawyers requested to grant permission for Vibhushika to live with her mother. Jeyakumari was arrested under the prevention on terrorist and currently released on bail. Mother and daughter were charged over involving in terrorist activities and they were not released from the prevention of terrorist act. Magistrate stated child would be handed over to mother after receiving letter of release from TID officials. Jeyakumari was bailed out on 10th of March,2015.
