Special committee appointed to find relevant landowners in the Northern Province.

The Minister of Resettlement and Hindu cultural affairs D.M.Suwaminadhan appoints a special committee appointed to hold investigations to find owners of released lands in the Northern Province.

Secretary to the ministry of resettlement, president of the resettlement commission, high ranking security officials and government representatives will representate this commission. This committee will pay special attention to return back 1000 acres of lands to relevant owners and completing resettlement activities as soon as possible. Minister ordered the committee to submit a report within three weeks time period.
