Secret mission underway to dismiss SLFP leader

Senior members of the SriLanka Freedom Party currently carries out secrete mission to dismiss President Maithripala Sirisena from the party leadership.

Opposition leader Nimal Siripala Desilva, SriLanka Freedom Party general secretary Anura Priyadharshana Yapa , general secretary of the United Peoples Freedom Alliance Susil Premajayantha were also present at this meeting and they all are willing to hold SLFP central working committee meeting prior to the next parliamentary election. At the meeting party members noted some the SLFPr’s are contesting under the United National Front and called upon party general secretaries to take legal action against them and also they requested to hold the party central working committee meeting. Law experts of the party noted at first party members should implement corrections in the constitution of the country and then they are permitted to dismiss the leader.
