No action against Tissa Attanayake : CID

CID officials today announced that they have not received Attorney Generals advice to take legal action against former UNP General Secretary Tissa Attanayake.

During the time presidential election it was blamed that Tissa Attanayake misused the signatures of prime minister Ranil Wickramasinghe to prepare forged document. This forged document named as “ Secrete agreement between Ranil-Maithiri” and case filed against the Tissa Attanayake. However this case postponed till 13th of January 2016.
