Under the Leadership of Maithri-Mahinda new Government will be Formed!: S. B. Dissanayake

Minister S.B. Dissanayake has said that they would never allow and the government will never accommodate Ranil Wickremesinghe to form the government on 18thof August.

While participating and giving his opinion at the public meeting in Kandy minister S.B. Dissanayake has made the above statement. With regard to this S.B. Dissanayake further said that under the leadership of Maithri and Mahinda the new government will be formed. Since there was an issue with regard to the election contestants, Maithripala Sirisena was very much angry at that point of time. At that juncture, he was refusing to offer the nomination to Mahinda Rajapaksa, but now that issue got resolved. Hereafter, there won’t be any division between Maithri & Mahinda. The Party will never get divided further anymore. Arjuna, Hirunika and Rajitha left the Party, due to this, there will be some impact and the party will get affected on account of their leaving, but they are contesting through the United National Party and United People Freedom Alliance forming the government, with regard to this, I won’t express any of my opinions. Minister S.B. Dissanayake concluded by saying, “By uniting Mahinda & Maithri, by unifying Sri Lanka Freedom Party with the United People Freedom Alliance is the intention of the Ratana Thera”.
