"Yoshitha was taking his commissions when Mahinda's AD's were aired" : Anura Kumara Dissanayake

The JVP says that it should be probed into details, whether the advertisement agency 'Media Factory' had obtained commissions, when advertisements of the former President Mahinda Rajapaksa were aired.
Speaking at a meeting in Anuradhapura on August 29, the JVP leader - Anura Kumara Dissanayake said that the advertisement agency 'Media Factory' is said to owned by the Mahinda Rajapaksa's second son - Yoshitha Rajapaksa.
Therefore, the Presidential Commission of Inquiry to investigate and to inquire into Serious Acts of Fraud, Corruption and Abuse of Power, State Resources and Privileges (PRECIFAC) should be questioning Yoshitha and the Independent Television Network (ITN), not Mahinda, who appeared in the advertisements, he said.
In the last few days, Mahinda Rajapaksa was summoned to give a statement regarding allegations of failure to make payments to the state owned ITN in return for broadcasting his campaign adverts during the presidential election.
The JVP meeting was held to create awareness on the 20-point set of proposals calling for immediate reforms, which were handed over to the President and Prime minister recently.
