Changes in the Cabinet after the release of Financial budget?

According to the Government Sources, after the publication of the Financial Budget by the Government, there could be Changes in the Cabinet are very much Expected.

On the 20th of November, the Financial Budget will be submitted at the Parliament by the Finance Minister Ravi Karunanayake. After the submission of the Budget at the Parliament, by the end of this year, at the Cabinet Changes are going to be made by the Government. In order to remove the Controversies and Criticisms from the Cabinet, these Changes are going to be made by the Government. The Government is going to make the Changes in the Cabinet, by taking into consideration by allotting the Ministerial Portfolios as per the norms. In order to bring out a viable solution between the Government Ministers and the Department, Changes are going to be implemented at the Cabinet. The conflict in the allocation of ministries in the new government sectors are facing difficulties because of the state officials said that some ministries are still in the works have not been commenced. In view of these various factors, the changes have to be made in the cabinet.
