Mother of two seeks permission to light lamp for her martyrs son

Mother who lost her two children questions good governance whether she is permitted to light lamps for her martyrs sons this years.

This mother has lost her husband and currently leading lonely life. Mother said that she is fear to light lamp for the photographs of her son. I would like to request the government to grant rights for us to light lamps for our children killed in the freedom fight and mother wait for favorable response.
