Never change the name pf Nainativu island : Faizer Mustapha

The Government will not give the nod to change the name of Nagadeepa Island to ‘Nainativu’, Minister of Local Government and Provincial Councils, Faizer Mustapha says.

The observation was made in response to a decision by the Northern Provincial Council to pass a resolution on 5th of October in a bid to amend the name of Nagadeepa Island.
