Court ordered to release Avant Garde ship

Galle Chief Magistrate Nilupuli Lankapura today ordered to release the Avant Garde ship anchored at the Galle port.

Last time court issued the same order and officials failed implement it. In such situation Harbour Master was ordered to appear before the court today. Court issued strict warning against him ordered to release the ship. At present this ship is facing technical errors and we have seek permission to transfer these weapons into another ship but yet we are unable do so, harbour master said.
