Steps taken to turn Tamils as refugees : Wigneswaran

I never believe that military personals grab our lands according to the present situation. This was long term programme.

Prior to the independence government started state settlement activities. When we pay our attention upon such settlement programmes clearly briefs they were based on ethical and government planned to implement changes in the population of lands belongs to Tamils in SriLanka. Chief Minister C.V.Wigneswaran expressed these views while addressing seminar on understanding post war land issues in the Northern SriLanka organized at the Jaffna library yesterday.
