CM phoned youth engage in hunger strike

Secretary to the Northern Chief Minister R.Waradhiswaran directly visited the Muslim youth currently engage on hunger strike on demanding to allow Northern Chief Minister C.V.Wigneswaran to act on independent manner.

Youth began his hunger strike protest at 8.00 am today. Secretary requested the youth to call off his hunger strike. However youth refused to do so and said will continue the hunger strike till 6.00pm. Later CM made phone call to youth.
