Minister of National Dialogue Mano Ganeshan has stated that he had learnt that the relatives of the missing persons are still threatened, and that the victims had made complaints in the human rights organizations. The Minister also said that the women of North and East had made a complaint to him that they received life threats over phones and in person from unidentified persons and people they called themselves army intelligence. Mr Mano Ganeshan added he had taken this issue to the consideration of the Prime Minister and the respective police officials and would take due steps to prevent them happening in the future.The kin and kith of the disappeared still face threats!
