The leader of the Sri Lanka Muslim Congress and Minister of Urban Development, Water Supply and Drainage, Rauff Hakeem said that this is the time for all the leaders and representatives of minorities to work together. Addressing at a seminar regarding the new constitution held in Batticaloa on Thursday (April 21), Mr.Hakeem stated that this is the appropriate time to stand in one line. Parliamentarian M.A.Sumanthiran who participated in the seminar stated that if both the TNA and the Sri Lanka Muslim Congress have the same principles the minorities would definitely be successful.
