Northern Provincial Chief Minister C.V. Wigneswaran has accused the government for its measures that have been taken to lengthen the military presence among the war- victimized Tamil people in the North, adding that no one can blame if Prabhakaran reincarnates due to the prolonged crisis. Addressing at a book launching ceremony in Colombo on Thursday (May 12), the Chief Minister reiterated that the federal system of government was not separatism, adding that the Northern Provincial Council had been constantly ignored and disregarded by the direct influence of the Central Government. He further added that the root cause of the problems should be analyzed first while focusing on the matter of reconciliation and building the nation.
