Opposition Leader R.Sampanthan said in parliament that the principles of the present government have made the international community for recognition. He made these remarks in the debate over the no-confident motion against Finance Minister Ravi Karunanayake on Thursday (June 9). Mr. Sampanthan said the foreign countries received President Maithripala Sirisena with great deal of respect because of the new policies of the new government. He said international community have recognized the approach of the President to bring all the people of this country together. He further added that the Finance Ministry plays an important role in the process of the development of the country.
