Member of Northern Provincial Council M K Sivagilingam said internationally approved justice needed for Tamil people in war crimes and genocide made by Sri Lankan government. He made this statement in Jaffna Nallur while remembering day that fifty three Tamil prisoners were murdered whilst in government custody in 1983 Welikada Prison. He also noted the government should solve the Tamil people issue through the new constitution which should be acceptable by all Tamil people.
