The Chief Minister of Northern Provincial Council requested the former President Chandrika Bandaranayake to help in practice the Geneva resolution. He stated in a public event which was organized by Ganam Foundation in Velanai that the reconciliation process have to gain success. He stated he got Peace building Matrix report but in that report nothing was mentioned about war crime inquiry. He asserted that the international judges should participate in the war crime inquiries.
