United Nations failed to save civilians, Ban accepted

United Nations representatives who had worked in Sri Lanka during the critical time of civil war had failed to act properly that resulted more deaths of innocent people, said UN General Secretary Ban Ki-moon. The UN had made a big mistake said Mr.Ban while pointing at the Sri Lanka authority for making problems among the peoples. The UN had learnt hard lessons with regard to the Sri Lanka on the part of the UN, accepted the UN chief.
