The Government of Good Governance has lost the confidence of the Tamil people, said Leader of the Opposition and the Tamil National Alliance (TNA) R. Sampanthan on Monday (April 17). Responding to reporters Mr. Sampanthan replied that the recent and ongoing protests and demonstrations staged by the Tamil people have clearly shown of the consequences. He added that the TNA would not go far from the mandate of the Tamil people who trust in us. He also added that the TNA will hold talks with regard to the ongoing crises on 19th and 20th of April.
