JVP to lodge complaint against MR

JVP decided to lodge complaint against former president Mahinda Rajapaksa at the human rights commission today.

JVP noted Mahinda Rajapaksa contesting in the parliamentary election with the privilege and rights owned by the president and other candidates are not permitted enjoy equal rights. Former president enjoys privileges by violating Act no 4 of president’s right s introduced on 1986. JVP blamed other parliamentary election candidates were vastly affected by this decision. Attorney-at-law Sunil Wattagala and JVP propaganda secretary Vijitha Herath will file complaint today.
